Actividad física
El ejercicio físico regular es crucial para la salud del corazón, la función metabólica y la salud mental. Se ha demostrado que la actividad física reduce el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares, mejora la salud ósea y mental, y ayuda en la prevención y tratamiento de la obesidad (Penedo & Dahn, 2005). Diversos meta-análisis han demostrado que el ejercicio regular reduce significativamente el riesgo de enfermedades como la diabetes tipo 2, enfermedades cardiovasculares y ciertos tipos de cáncer (Lee et al., 2012, Rees et al., 2013).
