Nutrición
La alimentación saludable es definida como plant predominant y es fundamental para la prevención y reversión de enfermedades crónico-degenerativas. La investigación demuestra que una dieta rica en frutas, verduras, granos enteros y proteínas magras reduce significativamente el riesgo de enfermedades metabólicas (Hooper et al., 2015), está asociados con un menor riesgo de mortalidad y una mejor calidad de vida (Estruch et al., 2018).
Este tipo de dieta fomenta la salud no solo de nuestro cuerpo, sino de nuestros ecosistemas y nuestro hogar (Poore & Nemecek, 2018).
